I’ve recently been to Strasbourg for Stampin’ Up!’s annual OnStage convention for demonstrators. One of the fun parts is swapping our makes with other demonstrators; here’s my 3D Wedding Car Favour Box.

Materials Needed:
To create this stunning 3D wedding car favour box, you’ll need:
- Classic Wedding Dies & Stamps from Stampin’ Up!
- Cardstock in your chosen wedding colors
- Adhesive (strong glue or tape runner)
- Silver foil paper for detailing
- Small rhinestones or embellishments
- A scoring board and bone folder for crisp folds
- A small box of Smarties or similar-sized treat
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Stamp & Die-Cut the Car Shape: Using the Classic Wedding bundle, cut two car shapes from your chosen cardstock.
- Add Details: Stamp or use cut out pieces to add windows, bumpers, and wheels. Silver foil paper works beautifully for metallic accents like the bumper and window trims. Add Adhesive sheets for quick and easy sticking!
- Create the Favour Box Compartment: Cardstock 4 x 4-1/2″ (10.2cm x 11.5cm) Score on the 4″ (10.2cm) side at 3/4″ and 3-1/4″ (1.9cm & 8.3cm). Turn and score on longer side at 1-1/4″, 2″, 3-1/4″ & 4″ (3.2cm, 5.1cm, 8.3cm & 10.2cm)
- Assemble the Car: Adhere the base box between the two car die cuts, creating a sturdy 3D effect.
- Add Embellishments: Attach a “Just Married” banner to the back of the car using foam adhesive for dimension. Small rhinestones can be added to give a little sparkle.
- Insert the Smarties: The small inner compartment is the perfect size for a box of Smarties or any other mini treat.

- Personalize the back of the car with the couple’s names or wedding date.
