For those that know me well, know I am not a flowery type of girl however since becoming a Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator that has changed, especially over the last few years! The beautiful designer series papers, stunning colours and easy to use products of sets like Happiness Abounds (sadly now retired), Hello Irresistible (Online Exclusive) and the NEW Fresh As A Daisy Suite have converted me into a more flowery person as far as card making and paper crafts go.
The Designer Series Paper (DSP) Fresh as a Daisy combines beautiful colours from Stampin’ Up!’s core and in-colour families making it easy to coordinate with cardstock layers and card blanks to create stunning cards for multiple occasions.
The three cards pictured on today’s blog post all use the DSP as the main focal point for the cards; teaming with some ribbon, gems and a sentiment to add some sparkle without detracting from the gorgeous papers. While I love playing with dies and making fancy fold cards, occasionally I just need a quick card that still looks special! I also love showing new crafters how easy it is to make beautiful cards without spending a fortune, having loads of equipment or time.
