Yayyyy!! As a demonstrator I get the perk of seeing the new catalogues well in advance of the release date and ordering early too! It is always exciting to get a new catalogue and even more exciting when my NEW products arrive. The Heartfelt Hexagon Bundle was an early release for World Card Making Day but with Christmas just round the corner I’ve only just started to play with this bundle.
Yesterday, on my Facebook Live, I made three cards using this set, cardstock and Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper.
For the first card I punched from the Countryside Inn DSP and then placed them on a white layer with a slight gap between each piece. I used some linen thread and the sentiment is from the stamp set on white and punch out.
This card is again very simple using another of the sentiments.
This card shows the hexagon around the other way.
These card layouts can be replicated using any patterned paper and sentiment. The video below shows these cards being made:
All cards are my standard size, card base measuring 8″ x 5-3/4″ scored at 4″ on longside (20.3cm x 14.5cm scored at 10.1cm)
